In the past 20 years, he has successfully assisted more than 7 companies to list on the main board and the GEM in Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United States;
He has experience in group restructuring for listing preparation for Chinese and Hong Kong companies and help client to prepare profit and cash flow forecasts, assist in due diligence, prepare financial information and resolve regulatory queries.

- Apollo Future Mobility Group Limited (formerly: Ming Fung Jewelry Group Limited) (00860.hk) – served as the Chief Financial Officer and assisted the company to successfully list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2002
- Bio-Treat Technology Limited (SGX:B22) – appointed as Chief Financial Officer and assisted the company to successfully list on the Singapore Exchange in 2004
- Integrated Waste Solutions Group Holdings Limited (formerly: Fook Woo Group Holdings Limited) (00923.hk) – served as a listing project consultant and assisted the company to successfully list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2010. The group’s initial public offering in 2010 was oversubscribed by more than 500 times and successfully raised more than HK$1.6 billion. The group conducted a rights issue in the same year and successfully raised HK$900 million
- Asia Pioneer Entertainment Holdings Limited (08400.hk) – served as a listing project consultant and assisted the company to successfully list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2017
